OUR CAPABILITIES
PUNCHING
Lazco is able to punch from sheet sizes of 5000 x 1250. Our Turret Punch can provide you with any item made to order; we perforate panels with infinite design patterns and manufacture for all Industries. We fabricate perforated screens, louvered panels, electronic sheet metal panels and various other panels to any shape and configuration, to suit your specifications.
WELDING
Lazco are able to weld a range of materials from mild steel and stainless steel using both MIG and TIG welding applications. Our fabricating section can weld, grind and polish products to a professional finish. We can offer powder coating and other finishes of your choice. Our expert welders can weld on site as required.
BENDING
Lazco can bend a range of metal materials from mild steel to marine grade stainless steel. Our fabricating section can cut bend and fold to manufacture products to suit any commercial or industrial application from Aquatic, fishing Industries through Commercial builders to the mining sector.
DESIGN
Lazco offer a Design consultation and 3D drawing plans so you can see all your orders prior to Fabrication and manufacturing. As part of the service Lazco use Solid works to create 3 dimensional models of each item we manufacture, giving a true image of any item.
MEASURE
Our Design team work with you and will come to site to ensure our fabrications are a perfect fit with your requirements and will suit your plans. We offer a Free Measure and Quote and are always available to discuss your builds.
MANUFACTURE
We manufacture metal fabrication and commercial refrigeration in our Factory in Osborne Park. Our quality control check system ensures all Products are cut, bent, welded and built perfectly before leaving our premise. We can organise Powder coating, Micron zinc, Silicate and galvanising and other treatments to your product if required.
