All of Lazco's Coolroom & Freezer Room's are manufactured from start to finish at our Osborne Park factory, giving us the opportunity to adapt every room to suit each of our client's specific needs.

You have many options when building a custom refrigerated room, such as it's size, if you prefer a stainless steel or colourbond finish, you may have separate rooms or a combination coolroom and freezer room, the entry door may be swing or sliding and much more. It all depends on exactly what you require.

Lazco use only the best refrigeration equipment available for our rooms, and supplies all the necessary parts and controls to ensure it runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. If necessary, heavy duty condensing units and motors or drop-in units may be used, and can be remote, positioned on the roof or outside the building.

Lazco can also supply additional items such as lighting, shelving, coving, trims and anything else you might need for your refrigerated rooms,

Although, there are many choices involved in your custom built coolroom or freezer room, some things will always stay the same. Your coolroom temperature will remain between 1°C to 3°C, and your freezer room will sit between -18°C to -22°C. A temperature gauge is provided to ensure you can keep a close eye on your refrigerated rooms.

The temperature of your room/s can also be adjusted to suit the particular product you will be storing inside, from bottled drinks such as wine, to fresh produce such as fruit or vegetables, to meat and so on.

All Lazco coolroom and freezer rooms are made to comply with strict Australian health regulations, and are supported by Lazco's Service Department, on hand 24 hours a day should any problems arise.

Insert Faces

Insert faces for coolrooms are also available for clients such as bottle shops, lunch bars and delis. They can be made with any size wall or display doors in mind, or to fit into an existing coolroom.
